
Kid's Summer Athletic Camp 2025!
For Ages 5–18 | 3 Days a Week | All Levels Welcome
Get ready for a summer of movement, motivation, and athletic growth! Our age-specific fitness program is designed to help kids and teens build strength, speed, confidence, and coordination—while having fun in a positive, team-focused environment.
Ages 5–9: Youth Athletic Fitness
Our younger athletes will jump, run, and play their way to better coordination, balance, and body control through fun games and skill-based drills. This program builds a strong foundation in movement while boosting confidence, energy, and a love for staying active. Every session is safe, engaging, and led by coaches who make fitness fun!
Ages 10–18: Junior Athlete Performance
For older youth and teens, this program focuses on athletic development with training in speed, strength, endurance, and injury prevention. Athletes will improve movement mechanics, power output, and sport-specific skills to help them shine in competition, tryouts, and overall performance. Expert coaching and a motivating atmosphere make every session challenging and rewarding.
